Key Responsibilities:

Sales Ability

o   Achieve consistent personal sales target and KPIs

o   Assist team member to achieve sales target

o   Demonstrate expert knowledge of Coach products and excel in selling skills

Customer Service

o   Understand and embrace Coach hosting mindset

o   Provide elevated customer experience independently and with team

o   May serve as a Lead Host/Service Leader

Leadership

o   May in-charge of assigned projects and in-store team

o   Deliver on-boarding and coaching to new hires

o   Assist store in-charge team in shift management, zoning and key metrics analysis

Operations

o   Read, understand and comply with all Coach policies and practices, and maintain standards of procedure in the following key areas:

Safety & loss prevention

Merchandise handling and presentation

Housekeeping and store upkeep

Cash Wrap procedures

Stockroom work
