Assistant Property Officer

Responsibilities:  

• Handle day-to-day property operations

• Supervise the services of, security, cleaning, repair and maintenance provided to owners / occupants

• Build up and maintain good relationship with clients

• Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / occupants

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in housing management / property management / facility management or related disciplines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both English and Chinese

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
