Division: DICT Centre
In this position, you will:
Participate in the implementation of mission-critical communication services, including voice, video, and data dispatch-related functions.
Conduct integration and troubleshooting with related systems such as core networks, dispatch consoles, recording systems, terminals, and platform interfaces.
Support technical implementation, on-site deployment, testing, acceptance, and handover activities.
Analyze system faults, review logs, perform performance checks, and optimize system stability and service quality.
Prepare implementation documents, deployment plans, test reports, operation manuals, and delivery materials.
Support customer training, technical presentations, and after-sales technical support.
Track relevant industry standards and technology evolution, and contribute to the optimization of MCX system implementation standards.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in communication systems, private network systems, dispatch systems, system integration, or related areas.
Good understanding of communication and network technologies; familiarity with SIP, RTP, IMS, LTE/4G/5G, and IP networking is preferred.
Basic Linux server operation skills, including deployment, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
Ability to support system integration, field implementation, and cross-system issue analysis.
Good documentation, communication, and customer-facing support skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and execution capability.
Willingness work on customer sites when required.
Experience with MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData, PoC, dispatch systems, or mission-critical communications is preferred.
Familiarity with 3GPP mission-critical standards or industry communication architectures is a plus.
Experience in telecom operators, enterprise private networks, emergency communications, rail transit, energy, or public safety industries is preferred.
