Part-Time HR Executive
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support HR system implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Assist in preparing documentation and tracking project progress
Liaise with internal HR teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and execution
Support data migration, system setup, and testing processes
Provide administrative support related to payroll activities, including data entry and validation
Assist in resolving system or payroll-related inquiries
Requirements
Prior experience in payroll processing and/or HR system implementation is preferred
Exposure to Info-Tech HRMS is a strong advantage
Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to be personable and empathetic.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
Attitude: A proactive, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
