We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role focuses on talent acquisition and employee development, playing a pivotal role in building a high-performing team to support our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

  • Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Campus Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges; organize campus recruitment events and internship programs.

  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies and facilitate professional growth.

  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to onboarding.

  • HR Technology: Utilize HR technology and tools to optimize recruitment workflows and data management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new HR software and digital tools.
