Hospitality Coordinator (Receptionist)
Duties:
Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain good relationship with customers (including but not limited to, room booking, organizing catering services, handle clients’ inquiries)
Assist customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Monitor floor and work area determine customer flow.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
Shift work on weekend and public holidays when necessary
Requirements:
Work experience in the Hospitality / Hotel industries / Customer Services or Front office is an advantage;
Holder of Higher Diploma or above (Hotel Management and hospitality management or related disciplines is preferred);
Fluency in spoken Cantonese, good in both spoken and written English, good Putonghua is a plus;
Proficient computer skills;
Pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented, well-mannered and a team player;
Flexibility to work on rotational shift duties (including overnight, weekend and public holidays).
