Accounting Manager
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements and report to owner
Responsible for treasury management, including cash flow forecast
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and industry-specific financial standards
Coordinate annual audit
Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost management
Support financial planning for any major business development and decision making
📚 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB) and Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work without supervision and meet deadlines
