Job Responsibilities

Cybersecurity:

• Improve cyber security defense, attack preparedness, incident respond readiness, recovery procedures and contingency plan

• Provide support in vulnerability management operation, including schedule regular system & network infrastructure, applications systems and endpoints vulnerability scanning, classify & prioritize findings, identify relevant risks and co-operate with relevant parties for remedy actions

• Manage network security system covering firewall, IPS, SIEM and etc.

• Act as project manager role on Information security projects.

• Support and Analyze cybersecurity incidents and make recommendations on remedial actions.

• Assist in reviewing and maintaining cyber security policies, standards & procedures in compliance with information security & risk management policies, standards and guidelines

• Maintain Cyber Incident Response plan and playbook. Conduct cyber incident response drill in regular basis.

• Provide support in developing and arranging technical implementation for security objectives, including device hardening & security alerts.

 System Administration:

• Oversee various operational management tasks for information systems, including system installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical support

• Support new hardware & software procurement & IT asset inventory management.

• Perform daily IT operations including user account management and data backup

Vendor management:

• Work closely with service providers across regions by given instructions and guidelines.

• Prioritize issues and liaise with application vendors

AI-Driven Project Implementation:

• Utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline application development and deployment (e.g., AI-assisted coding)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ solid experience in cyber security management with extensive knowledge of best practices, concepts and international security standard

• Hands-on experience with cyber security operation, assessment and enhancement

• Incident handling

• Good knowledge of enterprise IT environment: Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking

• On-premises / Cloud / Hybrid environment

• Familiar with system and network infrastructure solution

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly

• Self-motivated team player and able to work under pressure

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST

• Possess relevant security qualifications such as ITIL, CISSP and CISA is an advantage

• Practical experience with AI tools in IT project management is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a plus

• Proven experience in network & server administration

• Proficiency in penetration testing tools
