今日真係開咗眼界，第一次遇到個candidate用AI面試！本身係見PM role，first round 係zoom interview，佢一開口講得有文有路，有啲英文生字我聽都未聽過，心諗：「唔錯呀！應該穩陣過到First Round。」但越聽越覺得唔對路，之後每次回答都有半秒delay，講到尾我真係忍唔住放慢節奏去觀察，俾我發現佢好似用緊AI即時生成啲答應，再自己讀返出嚟！😕😕我都唔知畀唔畀佢過好...

其實可以理解candidate想盡力表現，但面試唔止睇答案，仲要睇即場反應同思考能力，仲要俾HR發現埋就肉酸啲囉
