好想分享做HR咁耐，除咗炒人，最難嘅都係留住人。最深刻嘅經歷，有位表現出色嘅同事諗住辭職，就同佢做咗個1:1。佢覺得做咗一排，冇乜新鮮感，發展又好似冇着落。聽完之後，主動幫佢物色公司入面嘅新project，又安排佢參加培訓課程，鼓勵佢試下轉部門。有時真係唔係錢就可以解決，反而係要俾同事發揮空間同建立歸屬感，一齊成長，先可以真正留住人才。
