是咁的，終於收到offer，係一間MNC，人工比上一份多但AL就得12日，比起我上一份工少咗成5日。因為我屋企人已經移民晒去外國，請AL通常都係去探親，想留耐啲，多啲時間陪下佢哋。我想問，其實一般同 HR 傾 offer 嘅時候，係咪只可以講人工？可唔可以順便傾下加 AL？
