喺IT部工作，最深刻就係大家以為reboot & 重裝好簡單。但其實每次幫人處理壞機，背後都牽涉好多流程。例如：close ticket、追KPI、舊機回收、供應商要溝通、仲要處理group impact嘅嘢如printer、network、會議室設備。你部新機用得順，其實係IT同事默默處理咗一大堆細節，所以有時IT同事遲咗覆你係有原因。另一個角度諗，你咪有機會休息下，蛇下王囉。
