依架做sales已經好小有私佣，客源全部online lead，成交流程自動化，連客個樣都未見過就要收尾，成個角色變得好似客服加埋行政，熱情慢慢俾磨蝕。雖然每個月都有target，Sales team人人有份，但佣金制度愈嚟愈「平均」，變相就係大家攤分一個好細嘅餅。好似做又係36,唔做又係36咁..
