而家份工做咗年半多啲，除左過完頭3個月試用期之後加咗1000之後就冇再review過，任何apprisal都冇因為市道差，最近我個部門已經走左好幾個人，仲見佢繼續有請人。
我既Workload慢慢加大，因為要接埋其他走左既人既job，上個月同阿姐反映我想加人工，佢話公司而家炒緊人居多，話自己本身過一排都想同我review下既，我就覺得係吹水居多。
但而家轉工似乎唔係一個好時機？自己疊埋心水係想年尾都冇加人工既話，過埋新年就諗住搵工，大家覺得點？
