呢排見緊份新工，雖然人工加得唔錯，但係冇year-end bonus，同埋醫療福利都無依家份工咁好。人工加咗係好事，但係失去咗其他福利又確實要考慮清楚。到底點揀好？其實福利係咪緊要過一兩成嘅人工加幅呢？
