其實只不過係表面上講公認個價姐,講真有咩話加幾多先合理。只不過呢個世界又唔係你話哂事,都唔係你寫規則,咁梗係夾埋一齊㩒低啲架啦。遊戲玩法以戰略性黎講係咁玩。如果個個都跳高高,咁啲人工咪喪澎漲到好快俾唔起錢請人囉。咁當然明面上梗係講話只可以俾咁多,唔想做壞規矩咁啦,暗地裏好啱心水嘅咪請一個半個囉。但實際上只可以話同你一樣嘅競爭者通街都係,佢都唔急搵人。仲有就係HR唔care你能力係咪啱嗰個,佢睇嘅係budget,同CV對唔對得上要求。in 你做你上司同事嗰個先會睇你能力,就算佢睇啱,budget 唔夠都係拜拜。再衡量下你有乜足夠條件可以令到一個同你萍水相逢,interview只見咗1粒鐘左右嘅人同現有老闆同事力撐要請你嘅程度。真相係:唔係唔可以開高價,而係唔值或唔需要俾高價。
