返工返到心力交瘁，唔係因為啲task難，而係同事鍾意將簡單嘢複雜化。明明一個表格填完就搞掂，又要加層層approval、改嚟改去。最攰唔係做嘢，而係要應付啲「流程藝術家」，將效率當透明，將繁瑣當專業。日日都喺呢啲無謂嘅process入面打轉，個人開始burn out，好唔想返工。我相信呢個都係冰山一角，有冇人都試過？一齊圍爐傾下啦。
