原本只係湊人數，俾公司安排去上 negotiation course，心諗：「又係啲職場套路？」點知越學越發現，談判唔止係爭取利益，更係一種溝通、理解、策略同 EQ 管理 的綜合技能。 最深刻係其中一堂講到：談判唔係要贏晒對方，而係搵到大家都接受嘅方案，做到等價交換。就連平時買嘢、分工、到人際關係，都用得着。呢種 mindset 真係改變咗我對「傾嘢」嘅睇法，真係大開眼界！
