1/ Your boss can't fire you for asking about overtime pay. Learned this the hard way when I was too scared to even bring it up.
2/ "We're family here" workplaces? Families don't make you work unpaid overtime. Know the difference.
3/ Document everything - screenshots, emails, dates. That sketchy manager behavior? Not legal.
4/ You don't have to accept unsafe conditions because "that's how we do it." Your safety matters.
