依家做緊呢份工,雖然OT冇錢,但有補假,所以我都接受到。但最近腦細有意升我做Manager以上嘅職級,而嗰個grade開始就唔再有補假。人工方面又未講清楚加幾多,而以我目前嘅工作性質,好難唔OT,甚至星期六日都要開工。我其實好猶豫,唔太想升職,因為擔心升咗之後工時更長但補償更少。不過另一方面,我又真係想人工可以加多啲。依家喺度諗緊應唔應該拒絕升職,你哋如果係我,會點揀?

我覺得可以試做左先,人工要傾多d!如果ot情況真係好好好好嚴重,就要再出聲了!始終升左,對之後搵工點都好d

補假都要你有得放先得, 如果-忙到星期6及日 都要工作, 咁要補假都無用! 寧可升職加人工, 每月都實際有錢入袋! 而且你之後張 resume 都會靚仔好多! 未來如果公司生意再上既話, 可以再請人 ( 往好處諗 ).
