喺間細公司做咗3年會計文員，人工真係加得好慢。第一年入職，諗住捱下先，點知捱完一年加得個五百，連食個好啲嘅lunch都唔夠。第二年開始識多啲嘢，幫公司對數、報稅、仲要OT，結果都係加得八舊水。我fd做sales同IT人工都高過我，仲要有commission同WFH。我做會計，OT唔計錢，人工加得慢，仲要日日返office。係咪入唔到big 4就註定冇出頭？細公司冇升職機會，人工又唔肯加，做極都係文員。依架個市又咁差，都唔知點算好...
