升咗做Manager,原來應該好開心,但原來最難處理嘅唔係工作,而係同事關係。
以前同我拍住上嘅同事,依家變咗我下屬。有次開會我講咗個新idea,佢即刻反駁,仲語氣幾重。嗰下真係好有hard feeling,但我都忍住冇同佢拗。
返到屋企越諗越尷尬,佢係咪唔服我?定係我太敏感?

咁佢都需要表現自己既, 如果你既 IDEA 無位比佢入, 佢點提出都反駁你唔到! 你做好本份, 做好你自己, 聽下對方意見, 如果覺得佢反駁 無幫助, 你再提出意見, 理性討論! 始終管唔到人地把口同個腦諗咩! 高層必須要 EQ 好, 之後有時間再學下 +upgrace 自己的溝通技巧
