管理同領導力喺香港職場真係好重要，唔少打工仔都話：「有好上司，日日返工都順啲！」其實，管理唔止係叫人做嘢，做得好要識睇人、識用人才。我試過帶新project，冇硬性分死工作，反而問下Team有咩強項、有咩想試，大家各盡所長，自然做得更起勁。
至於領導力，我覺得唔係單靠「話晒事」，有時真係要落手落腳同同事行埋一齊，遇到難題，例如突發OT，我都會留低陪大家，唔會只係坐喺office。大家一齊捱過，感情同信任反而更加深。

我都覺得senior 唔單係話事咁簡單，仲係身體力行，俾方向點行，齊上齊落，遇過好既senior，佢真係真心想教你，幫你進步，俾機會你試，同時有事時，佢又會肯幫你孭，真係好難得…
