而家唔少做creative嘅朋友都開始轉型，但佢哋啲CV未必跟足傳統格式，HR睇落可能會有啲保留。其實，creative先係公司嘅人才。佢哋做過唔同project、同唔同人合作過，識得點樣應變、溝通、解決問題。好多時都係即刻落場做高層決策，冇乜onboarding、冇乜training，但照樣交到貨。Creative嘅人仲有一種「靠自己」嘅精神——靠才華、靠人脈、靠適應力喺變幻莫測嘅行業生存落嚟，夠堅、夠醒。希望HR同管理層可以睇清楚：做creative唔係「唔fit」，係未被畀機會人發揮姐。
