Great but new leadership/new board directors changed it in a way that it wasn't welcoming anymore. The good thingsCo-workers, the bilingual co-teaching experience, most of the students, classrooms are a good size. Most of the time the work load is manageable.
The challengesUpper Management not supporting you, there is also a huge amount of favoritism and during my time there there was workplace harasment happening that no one dealt with. No training or explanation of the curriculum. The board of directors are clueless about what actually goes on day to day, you have to fight for observations. There's no progression within leadership. Salary increments are a joke and there's no extra benefits to working here/ bonuses.
