    non-bureaucratic for admin staff, but challenged by small teams, limited transport and meal options
    The good thingsThe company is not bureaucratic, offers flexible work arrangements during adverse weather and student holiday benefits compared to similar institutions. Most teachers are nice to the administrative staff.
    The challengesMost teams are very small. There is a lack of structured guidelines and clear work protocols. Additionally, the IT system is outdated. Limited transportation options and few lunch meal choices nearby.
