    努力在會所工作突出來的只有椎間盤，每月預咗要追到幾十萬數。
    The good thingsCannot think of anything.
    The challengesAssistant Operations/Support Managers still need to get on attendant shifts to wash the toilet and do the cleaning, and face the coordination meetings each month to explain why the budget income was not achieved. Not much opportunity for long term career growth in the clubhouse. Work life not balance unless you take sick leaves.

    The challengesthe always changing IT team structure, management team turnover, unclear directions. Very challenging, clumsy procurement process, useless internal process that only create problems rather enforce useful controls.
