    Avoid if you want to have a more reasonable working environment
    The good thingsStable, quite good pay, work life balance
    The challengesthe always changing IT team structure, management team turnover, unclear directions. Very challenging, clumsy procurement process, useless internal process that only create problems rather enforce useful controls.
