    This is the worst job I've had.
    The good thingsThe benefits package is quite good compared to other commercial companies in the industry. Above-average annual leave entitlement.
    The challengesPervasive toxic culture and a mandatory "overtime culture" (even when work is complete). Unprofessional and demeaning language from management. Rampant office politics, silos, and cliques. Senior leadership is duplicitous.

    I had work in Tung Wah for 5 years and it is a good experience for me to grow my life
    The good thingsTung Wah Groups of Hospital is a big NGO that it has huge resoucres for training employee. Promotion ladder is good also
    The challengesI don't think there is a challenge for that NGO
