This is the worst job I've had.
The good thingsThe benefits package is quite good compared to other commercial companies in the industry.
Above-average annual leave entitlement.
The challengesPervasive toxic culture and a mandatory "overtime culture" (even when work is complete).
Unprofessional and demeaning language from management.
Rampant office politics, silos, and cliques.
Senior leadership is duplicitous.

The good thingsTung Wah Groups of Hospital is a big NGO that it has huge resoucres for training employee. Promotion ladder is good also
