要求:
小六程度或以上
具 2 年或以上曲奇、麵包及西式甜點製作及管理經驗
良好人際溝通，對殘疾人士有愛心及耐性
持有衛生經理/衛生督導員證書優先
職責:
負責烘焙工房之日常運作、物料訂購及研發新產品。須指導及帶領中心會員(智障/精神復元人士)學習烘焙技能。確保食物及工作環境合符指定之衛生標準。
**** 另設有前線服務酬金每月$500 (每半年發放) 。
