What's it like to be a Property Officer?
Property Officers are responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to an organisation's real estate holdings. Common responsibilities include monitoring overall property conditions, scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating with tenants and making sure that all properties comply with laws and standards. Property Officers can work in a variety of settings, including real estate companies, housing cooperatives, government agencies and private corporations. Tasks and duties

- Carrying out regular property inspections to ensure they comply with regulations and standards.
