Tasks and duties

• Providing patient care and support, including observing and monitoring patient health conditions.
• Administering medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educating patients and their families about managing illnesses or injuries.
• Coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate customised care plans.
• Documenting all activities, treatments, medications and patient responses in the patient’s chart.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace to reduce the spread of diseases.
