我係I人，唔係好識得講嘢，係埋頭苦幹個類型。每次有team meeting要做deck去present，我就會好緊張同痛苦。每次present我都講到1999，最後都係要阿姐幫我保底summarize，搞到我好似自己跟啲嘢都唔夠熟，冇乜貢獻咁。。有無咩辦法可以令自己講嘢叻d呀？
