畢業後第一份工，喺呢間公司做咗2年幾，一路都做得好地地，有前景。直到有日HR約我傾，我已經感覺唔妥。因為公司業績差，個氣氛又冷清，心入面都準備定可能要被裁。點知一坐低，HR竟然唔係話裁員，而係叫我「自動辭職」。仲話如果我唔自己辭，之後唔會俾reference letter，甚至可能會寫花我，講啲唔好聽嘅嘢，影響我日後搵工。我為咗封reference letter焗住resign咗，咁我想問：其實畀人炒會唔會仲好過自己resign？最少可以賠一個月糧？有人試過類似情況嗎？你哋會點揀？
