小弟讀IT畢業，最近想試吓去外國發展，目標係新加坡。
不過apply咗唔少職位，都未有回音，連screening都過唔到，真係唔知仲有咩可以做到。想知係咪新加坡真係好少請外地人？Visa sponsorship係咪好難拎？有冇人可以分享下你哋成功過去嘅方法？例如搵邊類公司、點樣準備CV、面試流程？
