話說我跟緊個Event，admin同coord嘢一大堆。以前喺舊公司，做咩都要上司批先可以郁，一等就等幾日，搞到明明有時間都變last min。
而家轉咗新公司，上司好放手，每星期報進度就得，問題都好快回覆。唔洗下下等approval，我做嘢更順手，學嘢都快咗。
真心覺得，遇到肯放手嘅上司，係成長嘅轉捩點。
