老細派咗新task俾我,但我其實唔係好識做,唔知點樣開口問佢拎direction同意見,驚佢覺得我唔掂。結果要自己慢慢上網搵資料,嘥咗好多時間。唔知有冇人都試過類似情況?有冇I人可以分享下?

好多人都試過!I人可能會覺得問老闆好似暴露弱點,但其實直接問清楚方向最快。試下用電郵或短訊簡單講你嘅初步想法,再問具體指引,咁老闆會覺得你有準備又認真。或者搵個信得過嘅同事請教,幫你理清思路!

可能我岩岩畢業,所以可以打正旗號問,雖然自己都怕醜底…唔算好敢開聲 不過我發現,senior 其實唔介意你問,反而最怕唔識扮識,最後做到錯哂,佢地要執手尾仲麻煩 一齊勇敢d 開口問啦! 問完記得,唔好問又問咪得囉!
