好想問下HR，轉工時人工加幾多％先算合理？我上網睇到一般都講緊加 10–20%，但今年經濟真係唔太好，又唔想開價太高嚇親人；不過加得太少又好似唔抵，始終轉工要重新適應新環境、新文化，工作壓力都唔細。想知HR有冇啲咩準則或者講 expected salary 個陣唔會嚇走人？
