曾經做過一排 media sales，有次老細教落嘅說話，我到而家都記得，仲覺得好受用：客戶買唔買你嘅產品，價錢只係第三重要；
第二重要係件貨有咩unique selling point；最重要，係個客鍾唔鍾意你。至於 marketing，就係用你嘅方法，去表達一件事或產品嘅獨特優勢，令受眾拒絕唔到。唔係硬 sell，而係令人「心甘情願被吸引」。有時唔係你講得幾好，而係你有冇講中人心。
