我自己成日覺得做Sales要好好記性,因為要熟悉product嘅資料、點樣用、入邊係咩成份、特點等等。唔係嘅話,啲客一問就穿晒煲,俾人覺得你都對啲product唔熟,點會有信心幫襯你買嘢。但唔知點解,我下邊啲sales好似唔係咁諗。有時客人問嘢,佢哋都答得好含糊,甚至要查資料先知。可能佢哋靠經驗、靠反應,但我自己就覺得,Sales係要準備好,唔可以靠估。唔知係咪我奴性太高定太上心?係咪開到單就咩都得🤷♂️🤷♂️?
