有次我打咗個follow-up call俾一位潛在客戶，佢之前話「再諗諗」，我都唔抱太大期望。點知佢一接電話就話：「你係嗰位好有耐性嘅sales呀，我記得你。」原來我上次冇硬sale佢，反而聽佢講咗成半個鐘佢公司面對嘅困難，我仲畀埋意見。而加佢成為咗我腦細，我幫佢lead住成條sales team。有時湊客唔係即刻要成交，而係種下一粒信任嘅種子。你永遠唔知，一個真誠嘅對話，會喺未來開花結果。😄😄
